MY WILL
I realize my reason for it all all my cries and all my laughs that soon turned to worries My LOVE a pain, a stress thats included in the package. The fear of failing on an immature decision. What I saw, what I inherited, is what I'm shaving off, to finally become... me. Playing "make believe" I escaped the reality of my infancy, maybe to much to understand. Parents distracted with catching up. Reciting argumental monologues, with anger that has history of a tortured mind. Yup... I'm fighting a battle thats not mine. Its simple to walk away. A life time of trial and error. For them... I will.
Run
A long distance run is my metaphor for a life of many terrains. As I run, I run to filter my everything. I take myself on a mental journey while on a physical challenge. Competing with the weak moments that scream at me to "Stop" and "Give up".
Fugazi
I am awake but yet in a surreal state of confusion, clear to the reality I guess... in denial. I come across evidence disguised in kindness. Setting up shelter where ever the sun shines the most... and so on. Though sacrifices were received as cold dishes, never an inch of gratitude, but yet an eighteen wheeler of unsettled baggage with no plans to be cared for. Regardless and considering the obvious I move forward. illiterate, to whats not mine or not meant for me, for I still have beast senses to where I recognize the unrecognizable, And see right through the fugazi. I also stop and wonder, would it be me to change this disturbing choice? I must decide.
